Title :

The influence of sunlight at the growt of the plant

Identify Problem :

What is the influence of sunlight at the growt of  plant  ?

The Goal :

Knowing the influence of sunlight at the growt of  the plant

Hypothesis           :

The hypotesis of this  research is the plant which is put outside will grow slowly but if we look at the leafs we will see a green leafs, whereas the plant which put in the dark area will grow faster than the first one but if we look at the leafs we will see a green leafs rather to be yellow because almost of the growt didn’t do a photosynthesis.

Equipment and material :

  1. Some seed buds
  2. Cottons
  3. 2 flowerpot from empty glasses of mineral water
  4. Water enough
  5. Ruller
  6. Sunlight

Step of action :

  1. Wetting the cottons with the water enough
  2. Take the glass and put wet cotton in the glass base
  3. Planting 3 or more seeds bud by putting it on the wet cotton in the base of the glass
  4. Putting each glass  in the different place. The glass A is put in the dark place which covered by sunlight directly whereas the glass B is put outside, so the seed bud can be shined by the sunlight directly.
  5. Controling the variable during the experiment at least once a day and unforget to measure and write down the result of the hight of  the each seed growt  on the table which prepared before.

Data Analysis       :

After we saw to the data above. There’s a something must be learned, that is why did each variable grow differently? The variable in the glass A growt faster than the B. how could that be happened ?

In the body of the plant there are so many kind of plant hormone called phytohormone consist of  Abscisic acid, Auxins, Cytokinins, Ethylene, Gibberellins and many other. Auxin is functioned for Stimulus extention of stem cell and stimulates growth of root cell, differentiation, ramification, dominansi apical bydm soriyt, development of ovary, phototropism and gravitropism.

In the stem part auxin is fucntioned for growt of the plant. It can spit up to be more if there’s no sunlight which shines it bacause the sunlight will damage this hormone so this hormone will move to the otherside which covered from sunlight. because the seed bud in glass A is shined by sunlight along the day so the auxin cann’t be worked except in the night when there’s no sunlight but the leafs is green because in there has done  photosynthesis so can form clorophyl in the leafs. But it’s doesn’t a metter for the plant which is put in the dark room. The stem can growt faster because auxin is worked efficiency but the leafs is almost be yellow because in there hasn’t done  photosynthesis. So the leafs cann’t form the clorophyl.

Conclusion            :

From the experiment which we had done and we had analysed the data above we can conclude that the seed is put in the dark room can grow faster because  the auxin hormone can be worked efficiency but along the day didn’t do a photosynthesis so that there’s no clorophyl on the leafs. Whereas the other one grow slowly because the auxin cann’t be worked efficiency but the leafs are green because, along the day has done a photosynthesis. So that, there are so much clorophyl on the leaf which signed by the green color of the leaf.
